1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You can request a full refund at any time before your order is shipped. Please contact our support team immediately at epigenetic@glowcraftlamp.com to process your request.
After Shipment: If the item has already been shipped from our distribution center, it will be processed according to our standard return procedure, and you will need to follow the return instructions below.
Once the package is in transit, an intercept fee may apply if you request a cancellation.
2. Standard Return Conditions
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.
Return Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them, including all accessories and instruction manuals.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defective product), GlowCraftLamp will cover all return shipping costs.
3. Customized Products (Special Terms)
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made lamps, the following terms apply:
Final Sale: Once a custom order is confirmed and enters the production phase, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
Defects or Errors: If your custom product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide photo or video evidence. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not return items to our warehouse without prior authorization.
Request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Please send an email to epigenetic@glowcraftlamp.com with your order number and the specific reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address (Prologis Park Milano, Via Emilia, 20067 Tribiano (MI), Italy).
Use a Trackable Shipping Service: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. GlowCraftLamp is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approval: Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. The exact time depends on Stripe and your financial institution.
